Water injection problem while washing
• Check if the water pressure is too low.
• Straighten the water pipe.
• Check if the inlet valve filter is blocked.
The Extra rinse indicator light flashes
Water overflowing
Restart the machine.
The Start/Pause indicator light and the No spin indicator light flash
and
Water takes too long to drain
Check if the drain hose is blocked.

The door does not close properly
1. Check if any clothing is stuck.
2. Close the door and try to start again.
Other problem
Try again, then contact the support if the problem persists. Contact Elvita support if you need help with your product.
