40 Troubleshooting - ENGLISH
Indicator or display does not come on
WARNING!
• Only authorised technicians may carry out repairs.
• If you experience problems with the product, see if the user instructions and troubleshooting information
can help you find a solution. If the problem persists, contact an authorised technician, qualified electrician
or the retailer where the product was purchased.
PC board or wiring harness has issues with connections.
Switch off the power and check if the mains plug is connected properly.
Abnormal noise
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Transport bolts have not been removed
Remove the transport bolts. See section "Remove the transport bolts", page 44.
The machine is not levelled
Level the machine. See section "Level the machine", page 49.
The E10 error code is displayed
Water injection problem while washing
• Check if the water pressure is too low.
• Straighten the water pipe.
• Check if the inlet valve filter is blocked.
The E12 error code is displayed
Water overflowing
Restart the machine.
The E21 error code is displayed
Water takes too long to drain
Check if the drain hose is blocked.
The E30 error code is displayed
The door does not close properly
1. Check if any clothing is stuck.
2. Close the door and try to start again.
