TROUBLESHOOTING
The oven does not start
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
The power cord is not properly plugged in
Unplug the cord, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again.
A fuse is blown or a circuit breaker has tripped
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
The power outlet is not working
Test the power outlet with another electrical appliance.
The oven does not heat up
The door is not properly closed
Close the door properly.
The microwave oven interferes with TV reception
There may be interference to radio and TV reception when the microwave oven is in operation. It is similar to the
interference from small electrical appliances such as mixers, vacuum cleaners and electric fans.
Dim oven light
The oven light may become dim during microwave cooking at a low power level.
Steam accumulates on door and hot air comes out of the vents
Steam may come out during cooking. Most of it will be vented out, but some may accumulate on cool places such as the
oven door.
Open the oven door manually
The oven door can be opened during a power outage with the included suction tool.
1. Attach the suction tool to the oven door.
2. Pull the oven door out.
