information in the user manual can help you find a solution. If the problem persists:
– turn off the product,
– unplug the product from its power supply, and
– contact the support.
Availability of spare parts
The following spare parts are available seven years after placing the last unit of the model on the market:
Thermostats, temperature sensors, printed circuit boards, light sources, door handles, trays, baskets and door hinges.
The following spare parts are available ten years after placing the last unit of the model on the market:
Door gaskets.

NOTE!
• It takes a minimum of 15 working days to receive the spare parts when ordered.
• Thermostats, temperature sensors, printed circuit boards and light sources can be provided by
professional maintenance personnel.
• Door handles, trays, baskets, door hinges and door gaskets can be provided by professional repairers
and final users.
