Residue on the door seal
Clean the door seal. See section "Clean the door seals", page 25.
Texture or shape loss of the door seal
Heat and cool the door seal.
1. Heat the door seal with a hot towel or a hair dryer.
2. Let the door seal cool and dry before closing the door.
If the seal cannot be restored and needs to be replaced: Contact Elvita support if you need help with your product.
Overflow in the water pan
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Door is not closed properly
This may result in increased water due to defrosting.
There is too much food in the chamber
This may result in increased water due to defrosting.
Exterior of the fridge is warm
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
It is normal for the fridge to radiate heat
The fridge can become extra hot due too:
• High ambient temperature.
• Storing to much food in the fridge.
• The compressor is not turning off.
If the fridge becomes extra hot, contact support. Contact Elvita support if you need help with your product..
The product does not have sufficient space around it
Move the product so that it has sufficient space around it. See section "Installation area", page 38.
Condensation on the fridge
Ambient humidity is too high
Wipe the condensation on the exterior or the door seals with a clean towel.
Availability of spare parts
The following spare parts are available seven years after placing the last unit of the model on the market:
Thermostats, temperature sensors, printed circuit boards, light sources, door handles, door hinges, trays and drawers.
The following spare parts are available ten years after placing the last unit of the model on the market:
Door gaskets.
