Conventional

The inside radiant elements and outside top element work simultaneously giving a rapid and even grilling
heat. This gives the food a brown crust.
Double grill with fan
For gratin dishes and finishing roasted vegetables.
Lower heater element
Ideal for slow cooking dishes such as casseroles, stews.
Microwave
For defrosting, reheating and cooking.
Microwave + Convection
For reducing large portions' cooking time. This gives the meal a brown crust.
