WARNING!
• Unplug the freezer before cleaning. There is a risk of electric shock.
• Do not use metal objects, sharp objects, steam cleaner, thinner, car detergent, clorox, ethereal oil,
abrasive cleansers or organic solvent such as benzene for cleaning. They may damage the surface of the
product and may cause fire.
• Do not plug the freezer back into the mains socket unless the door seals are completely dry.
Residue on the door seal
Clean the door seal. See section "Clean the door seals", page 27.
Texture or shape loss of the door seal
Heat and cool the door seal.
1. Heat the door seal with a hot towel or a hair dryer.
2. Let the door seal cool and dry before closing the door.
If the seal cannot be restored and needs to be replaced: Contact Elvita support if you need help with your product.
Condensation on the fridge freezer
Ambient humidity is too high
Wipe the condensation on the exterior or the door seals with a clean towel.
Overflow in the water pan
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Door is not closed properly
This may result in increased water due to defrosting.
There is too much food in the chamber
This may result in increased water due to defrosting.
Light is not working
NOTE!
If your product is broken, consider repairing it. Repairing instead of buying new is good for the environment.
The spare parts listed in the EU regulation 2019/2022 will be available to professional repairers at least 10
years after this product was placed on the market.
