TROUBLESHOOTING
You can solve many minor problems with help from the troubleshooting information. If the problem persists, do not try to
repair the product in other ways than mentioned in this manual.
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock!
Do not attempt to perform any repairs yourself. Tampering with the product and non-professional repair
may cause injury or damage to the product. It also makes the warranty invalid. Instead, contact a service
technician.
Do not replace the power cord yourself. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or authorised technicians to avoid hazard.
The main fuse in your home trips often
The power of all switched-on appliances does exceed the capacity of the power mains in your home
Contact a service technician.
The display is frozen and the touch symbols does not work
1. Disconnect the product from the mains power for a few minutes.
2. Reconnect the product and turn it on.
The u error code is flashing on the display after turning on a cooking
zone
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
The cookware is not suitable for induction hobs
If continues to flash after turning the hob off and on, disconnect the appliance from the mains, wait for 5 minutes and
reconnect it.
The cookware is too small
Use cookware with a ferromagnetic bottom of the right size. See section "Suitable cookware", page 19.
The C error code is displayed
The hob is overheated
1. Wait for the hob to cool down.
2. Use a lower power setting and make sure the cookware is not empty.
