The E5 or E6 error code is displayed
The temperature of the IGBT is high
• Restart the hob after it cools down.
WARNING!
• Only authorised technicians may carry out repairs.
• If you experience problems with the product, please see if the user instructions and troubleshooting
information in the user manual can help you find a solution. If the problem persists:
– turn off the product,
– unplug the product from its power supply, and
– contact the support.
WARNING!
• Any repair performed by someone who is not a qualified technician puts the users of the product at risk
of personal injury.
• Any warranty claim resulting from repairs performed by someone who is not a qualified technician shall
not be covered by the warranty.
The F3 or F6 error code is displayed
The ceramic plate temperature sensor does not work (short circuit)
Check the connection or replace the ceramic plate temperature sensor.
