The product is not tilted backward slightly
Tilting the product backward allows for the doors to slowly close on their own. See section "Level the freezer", page 40.
Light is not working
NOTE!
If your product is broken, consider repairing it. Repairing instead of buying new is good for the environment.
The spare parts listed in the EU regulation 2019/2022 will be available to professional repairers at least 10
years after this product was placed on the market.
WARNING!
• Only authorised technicians may carry out repairs.
• If you experience problems with the product, see if the user instructions and troubleshooting information
can help you find a solution. If the problem persists, contact an authorised technician, qualified electrician
or the retailer where the product was purchased.
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
LED light is damaged
The LED light should not be replaced by the user. If the LED light is damaged, contact Elvita support. See section "Replacing
the LED light", page 31.
