Condensation on the outside of the chest freezer
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Ambient humidity is too high
Wipe the condensation on the exterior or the door seals with a clean towel.
Temperature inside is too warm
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Doors are left open too long or too frequently
Make sure that the door is fully closed. Check that the door is not kept open by some obstacle.
The place of installation is not enough ventilated
Place the chest freezer in a well ventilated room with sufficient space around it.
The chest freezer is exposed to direct sunlight or placed near a heater or stove
Do not place the chest freezer near a heater or stove, or in direct sunlight.
Items are stocked beyond the load line
Remove the items that are stocked.
A lot of frost forms in the chest freezer
Defrost the chest freezer.
