20 Washing - ENGLISH
1. Remove the lower basket.
2. Unscrew the cap.
3. Place the end of the funnel into the hole.
4. Add about 1.5kg of dishwasher salt.
5. Remove the funnel from the hole.
6. Fill the salt container to its maximum limit with water. (It is normal for a small amount of water to come out of the
salt container).
NOTE! Only fill the salt container with water the very first time you add salt to the water softener.
7. Screw the cap back on tightly.
The indicator light is no longer lit.
NOTE! Depending on how well the salt dissolves, the indicator light may still be lit even though the salt
container has been filled.
8. Immediately start a short washing programme.
CAUTION! After adding salt to the water softener you should immediately start a washing programme.
Otherwise the filter system, pump or other important parts of the machine may be damaged by salty water.
After each wash
1. Check that the detergent dispenser is empty.
2. Turn off the water supply.
3. Leave the door slightly open and wait for 15 minutes before removing the dishes.
