System FW update (USB)
• Download IDSx4 FW Package from Downloads | Elo® Official Website (elotouch.com) and store FW package (.pkg) into USB flash
• Connect the USB stick / USB drive with .pkg file (Format in FAT32 file system is required).
• Go to Configuration page, Click Radio Button “FW Update (USB)” in OSD menu
• Message box will appear around 5minutes until FW upgrade completed. After FW update complete, IDS will reboot automatically.
(If FW updates fail at a)0-50%: IDS will auto retry, b)51-97%: need
manual recover IoT,
c)98%
