Applique

You can make your own applique with Wedding Designs

RE36b-3 and 4. Prepare the following materials.

• Applique fabric

• Background fabric

• Stabilizer (non-water-soluble)

• Glue

Select the design list by hoop size and select the hoop

RE36b.

Select design pattern RE36b 3 or 4.

Example: RE36b-3

z Attach a stabilizer on the wrong side of the applique

fabric and set the fabric in the embroidery hoop

RE36b (refer to pages 18, 20-21).

Place the extra wide table on the machine (refer to

page 6).

Attach the embroidery hoop on the carriage and sew

the rst color section (cutoff line) (refer to page 22).

x After nishing the rst color section, remove the

embroidery hoop from the carriage.

c Remove the applique fabric and cut the design along

the inside of the seam line as possible.

NOTE:

You can sew the second color section with the rst

color thread.

v Attach the stabilizer to the background fabric and set

the background fabric in the embroidery hoop.

Attach the embroidery hoop to the carriage and sew

the second color section (guide line).

Remove the seam line if it remains on the applique.
