Manual Thread Tension
This machine is equipped with automatic thread tension
control. However, you may need to manually adjust the
tension balance depending on the sewing conditions.
To adjust the thread tension, press the adjust key
to
show the option.
Individual Thread Tension Adjustment
To apply the thread tension adjustment to each letter
individually, select the letter by moving the cursor.
Press “+” or “–” to adjust the thread tension of the
selected letter. The adjusted thread tension is applied to
the selected letter.

Unied Thread Tension Adjustment
To apply the thread tension adjustment to all letters
together, you do not need to select the letters.
Press the unied thread tension key w.
Press “+” or “–” to adjust the thread tension.
The adjusted thread tension is applied to all entered
letters.
When unied thread tension control is applied, the unied
thread tension key turns to yellow.
Press the unied thread tension key again to deactivate
the unied thread tension adjustment.
NOTE:
Unied thread tension adjustment cannot be applied
to Symbol character.
Spacing
To enter a space in monogramming, press one of
the three space keys on the lower right corner of the
monogram selection.

r Large-size space
Reducing the Size of Letters
To reduce the height of a character to approximately 2/3
of its original size, select the character and press the
letter size key
