2; If the operation is not completed within this time, the

pause function remains active.

Note: this operation restores the hob conditions prior to the

pause.

Note: if after 10 minutes, the Pause Function is not

deactivated, the hob will turn off automatically.

● Recall

The Recall function allows the hob settings to be recovered

in the case of accidental shut-down.

Activation:

• switch the hob back on on/off (1) within 6 seconds

after shut-down.

• press (10) within the next 6 seconds.

● Automatic Heat UP

The Automatic Heat UP function allows the set power to be

reached more quickly; with this function it is possible to

cook food faster without the risk of burning it, insofar as the

temperature does not exceed the set level. This function is

available for power levels from 1 to 8.

Activation:

• press and hold the desired power level on the Selection

bar (6).

EXTRACTOR OPERATION

● Power-on

Press (touch) ON/OFF (1) hob/extractor

The indicator light will turn on to indicate that the hob/

extractor is ready for use.

Press again to switch it off.

NOTE: this function has priority over all others.

● Switching the extraction system on

Touch (press) the Selection zone (6) to activate the

extractor.

Note: Extractor flap

The extractor zone is fitted with a mechanical rotating

FLAP. The FLAP must be opened before switching on

the hood to activate the extraction system. The hood

has a sensor which when the extractor is on stops the

motor automatically if the FLAP is closed. The suction

function restarts only when the FLAP is reopened.

When switching on the extractor, the motor does not start if

the FLAP is closed:

the “OPEN” (22) LED lights up, a long beep is emitted

every 5 seconds, the display (12) flashes and the motor

remains off.

If you close the FLAP when the motor is running, the latter

stops:

the “OPEN” (22) LED lights up, a long beep is emitted

every 5 seconds, the display (12) flashes.

● Extraction speed (power):

The extractor is equipped with 9 levels of extraction speed

(power). Slide your fingers along the Selection area (6):

to the right to increase the extraction speed (power) (0-9);

to the left to decrease the extraction speed (power) (9-0);

Note: The product has 1 additional timed extraction speed

(power):

for 5 minutes, then the power goes back to level 9

● Timer

Activating the extractor fan Timer function:

• Select the extractor fan (speed other than 0).

• Press (8) to access the Timer function (at any

speed)

Regulating the Timer duration:

• Press the selector (8) to increase the automatic shut-

down time.

• press the selector (8), to decrease the automatic

shut-down time; the display (15) will show the countdown

Note: on the side of the extractor fan display, when the

Timer is in use, the symbol (19) is shown.

When the timer has completed the countdown, a beep

sounds (for 2 minutes, or stops when any hob key is

pressed), while the display (15) flashes with the symbol

To switch off the Timer:

• select the extraction zone

• set the value of the timer to , with (8)

Note: the function remains active if no other key is pressed

in the meantime.

● Activating/Deactivating the filter saturation indicator

light.

These indicators are normally deactivated (for both the

grease filter and the activated carbon filter)

To activate them, proceed as follows:

• switch on the extractor hob by pressing ON/OFF (1);

• with the extraction motor and cooking zones off, press

and hold the Selection area (7): the FILTER (17) LED and

extractor fan display (14) turn on with low brightness.

Display (14) shows the letter ; The grease filter

saturation indicator can be activated in this condition.

• press the Selection area (7) a second time, display (14)
