1. Switch the appliance on by pressing
On/Off button.
2. Press and hold the Stains/Prewash and
Time Save buttons for some seconds.
3. The display will show for about 5
seconds.
9. BEFORE FIRST USE
During installation or before first use you
may observe some water in the
appliance. This is a residual water left in
the appliance after a full functional test in
the factory to ensure the appliance is
delivered to customers in perfect working
order and is no cause for concern.
1. Make sure that all transit bolts have been
removed from the appliance.
2. Make sure that the electrical power is
available and the water tap is open.
3. Make sure to fill the AutoDose tanks with
liquid detergent and fabric softener
. Refer to "AutoDose basic setting "
paragraph in "The AutoDose technology"
chapter.
4. Pour 2 litres of water inside the drum.
This action activates the drain system.
5. Set and start a programme for cotton at
the highest temperature without any
laundry in the drum.
This removes all possible dirt from the drum
and the tub.
10. THE AUTODOSE TECHNOLOGY (AUTODOSING)
Read this chapter carefully.
10.1 Introduction
Right detergent and fabric softener dosage
takes better care of the laundry and ensuring
good wash performances.
Too much detergent damages your clothes
and too little doesn’t ensure good wash
performances.
This appliance is equipped with an auto
dosing system able to automatically provide
the right detergent and fabric softener dosage
to preserve the fabric integrity and colour
brightness.
AutoDose liquid detergent tank.
AutoDose fabric softener tank.
The appliance is pre-set by the factory to
suit most users habits.
Once started the programme, the appliance
will automatically release the right amount of
detergent and softener according to the real
fabric load, if AutoDose is activated and the
indicators and/or are visible on the
display.
