5.3 SmartLeaf feedback
SmartLeaf symbols give feedback on
consumption, guiding the user to save
energy, time and water.
This feature will indicate levels of
energy savings in a programme based
on:
1. Programme Duration with rated
capacity
2. Energy consumption
3. Water consumption
4. Wash temperature
SmartLeaf feedback is not affected by:
1. Amount of loaded laundry
2. Spin speed selection
There are three different level of
SmartLeaf feedback indicated:
1. No SmartLeaf (no icon in the display)
2. One leaf icon
3. Two leaf icon
• Prewash will reduce the SmartLeaf
symbol by 1 leaf.
• Temperature = 40°C will reduce the
SmartLeaf symbol by 1 leaf.
• Temperature > 40°C will reduce the
SmartLeaf symbol by 2 leaves.

White cotton items. This high performance wash
programme combined with steam vapour,
removes more than 99,99% of bacteria and
viruses

keeping the temperature above 60°C
throughout the washing phase; with an additional
action on the fibres thanks to a vapour phase, an
enhanced rinsing phase ensures a proper removal
of detergent and micro-organism residues. This
programme ensures also a proper reduction of
pollens/allergenic items.
Tub Clean;
60°C
- - Maintenance cycle with hot water to clean and
freshen the drum and to remove residue that may
cause odour. For the best result use this cycle once
a month. Before running this cycle, remove all items
from the drum. Pour a cup of chlorine bleach or
a washing machine cleaner in the washing phase
compartment.
