CONNECTING THE APPLIANCE TO WIFI
DOWNLOAD THE APP TO YOUR PHONE
Download the” TUYA SMART” app, from your chosen app store, using the QR codes below, or by
searching for the app in your chosen store.
MODES AVAILABLE FOR SETUP
The appliance has 2 different modes that can be used for connection, Bluetooth mode and Access
Point (AP) mode. It is recommended to use Bluetooth connection to connect your unit to Wi-Fi. This
is the easiest connection method and will ensure that no time is wasted in getting to use your new
heater to its fullest potential.
If connecting the unit to Wi-Fi using the Bluetooth connection method, ensure your mobile phone
has Bluetooth enabled. For both connection methods ensure that WiFi has not been disabled in the
additional settings on the thermostat (See Page 11).
Press and hold the MODE button for 5 seconds until the display shows lines moving in a clockwise
direction to enter connection mode. A timer will also appear in the centre of the display for 3
minutes. After the 3 minutes has elapsed, the connection mode will stop. If connection is
unsuccessful the MODE button should be held again, and the process repeated.
