Flue gas
A Connect the connection pipes with the axial
compensator to the “flue gas” connection of the
generation unit.
A Connect the connection pipes to the “flue gas”
connection (inlet) of the calorific value heat
exchanger.
A Fasten the connecting pipes.
A Ensure that the line is not interrupted (e.g. that it
does not slip out of vertically installed parts).
A Ensure that the connection piece (optionally
available) cannot vibrate out of place.
The line must be laid with a sufficient gradient to the
calorific value heat exchanger.
A Make sure that a suitable flue gas silencer
(optionally available) is present:
B In the flue gas routing.
B In close proximity to the generation unit.
B With horizontal installation with correct discharge
of the condensate water.
A Connect the line to the “flue gas” connection (outlet)
on the calorific value heat exchanger.
A Connect the line to the flue.
A Ensure that the line is not interrupted (e.g. that it
does not slip out of vertically installed parts).
A Ensure that the connection piece (optionally
available) cannot vibrate out of place.
