GENERAL FEATURES
This oven features no.4 (g. 2.2a) or
no.5 (g. 2.2b) dierent thermostatic
control functions to satisfy all cooking
requirements, provided by 3 heating
elements:
The input of the elements is:
• Upper element;
• Lower element;
• Grill element.
NOTE:
Upon rst use, it is advisable to operate the
oven at the maximum temperature for 60
minutes in the position (g. 2.2a) or
(g. 2.2b) to eliminate possible traces of
grease on the heating elements.
Repeat the operation for another 15 minutes
with the grill element on as explained in the
chapters “TRADITIONAL GRILLING” and
“USE OF THE GRILL”.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Heating and cooking in the natural
convection oven are obtained in the
following ways:
a. by normal convection
The heat is produced by the upper and
lower heating elements.
b. by radiation
The heat is radiated by the infrared
grill element.
