CLAMP MOUNTING
The RAYZOR Q7
™
provides a unique mounting bracket assembly that integrates the
bottom of the base, the included “Omega Bracket”, and the safety cable rigging
point in one unit (see the illustration below). When mounting this fixture to truss be
sure to secure an appropriately rated clamp to the included omega bracket using a
M10 screw fitted through the center hole of the “Omega Bracket” and attach at
least one properly rated safety cable to the integrated safety cable rigging point in
the base assembly.
SECURING
Secure the clamp to the bracket using a M12 screw fitted through the Ф13 center hole.
Insert the Turn Twist Locks of the first Omega bracket into the respective holes
on the bottom of the device. Tighten the Twist Locks a turn clockwise.
Install the second Omega bracket on the top of the device in the same way.
Pull a safety cable through the holes on the bottom of the base and over the
trussing system or a safe installation.
This is very important to prevent the fixture from dropping if the clamp fails.
