Warranty
According to our general terms and conditions, a warranty period of 12
months applies to material defects in business transactions with companies
(proof by invoice or delivery note).
Excluded are damages that can be attributed to natural wear and tear,
overuse or improper handling. Damages that can be attributed to material
or manufacturing defects will be remedied free of charge by repair or re-
placement. Complaints can only be accepted if the device is sent to the
supplier or an authorised workshop in Eibenstock in an undismantled state.
