Maintenance and cleaning
• If necessary, clean with clear water using a soft brush.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as they could attack the
housing or impair the function of the unit.
• For cleaning and when first using new filter materials, rinse these with warm tap water.
Dismantling the unit for cleaning and maintenance

For assembly, please note the following:
• Ensure that the two rubber bearings of the impeller unit are positioned correctly in their re-
spective holders.
• Ensure that the vent hose on the strainer points up.
• Ensure that the container seal is clean and undamaged.
• Ensure that both slide closures on the unit head are closed. Ensure that the locking button
engages audibly.
