We recommend a temperature setting on the PID of 124°C at about 1.25 bar, which corresponds to an outlet
temperature of about 94°C (121°F). If the temperature is set lower, there will not be enough pressure to foam
milk
Please note that after changing the steam temperature on the display, it takes a certain
amount of time for the corresponding temperature to be reached on the brewing group.
To adjust the temperature please follow the instructions below:
1 Switch the machine on in order to activate the boiler. The temperature
of the boiler is of no importance in programming. The heater is
inactive during programming.
2 Press – and + at the same time until ‘t1’ (boiler) appears on the
display,
3 Press + in order to progress to the submenu of ‘t1’ and to change the
temperature value. The nominal temperature value is displayed.
4 Quickly press
– to decrease
+ to increase
the temperature value.
5 Please wait a short while after having set the temperature ;
until ‘t1’ is displayed.
6 Press – to leave the programming mode.
6.3.2 Programming the Temperature Mode “o”
You can also set whether the temperature value of “t1” should be displayed in °C or °F.
To adjust this setting, proceed as follows:
1 Press + and – at the same time and “t1” will appear on the display.
