5.1.5.2 VEO-XRI1CG2 UPDATE
1. Firmware Update:
• Browse: This will import the upgrade file.
• Update: This will start the upgrade process. When the progress bar reaches
100%, the upgrade is successful, and the device will restart.
2. IMG Update:
• Browse: This will import the splash screen file.
• Update: This will start the update the splash screen image that will show on
the receiver when the input source is disconnected.
3. Factory Reset: This will reset the device to the factory default settings.
4. Reboot: This will reboot the device.
5.1.6 LOG OUT
Selecting Log Out will exit the Web GUI and skip to the login interface
automatically.
5.2 REMOTE CONTROLLING
5.2.1 RS-232
To match the ID from a transmitter to a receiver, connect the RS-232 port of VEO-XTI1CG2
and VEO-XRI1CG2 to a PC serial interface or a RS-232 control system or use VEO-
XCTRLG2 optional controller module.
5.2.1.1 RS-232 COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
The serial parameters for a correct transmission are:
Baud rate 115200 Data bits 8 Stop bits 1 Parity None Flow control None
