Changing the device settings
You can set:
• Whether the device displays the
temperature in °Celsius or °Fahrenheit,
• Whether the automatic device
switching should be activated or not.
You must call up the User-Menu to
change the device setting. For this, pro-
ceed as follows:
Make sure that the device is
switched off
Press and hold the ON/OFF button
until the indicator “TFE” appears in
the display
Then keep the lower key depressed
until “USER”, followed by “MENU” is
displayed
The device is now in configuration mode
and displays the User Menu. This con-
sists of the menus UNIT, SHDWN and
RATE.
Select the next menu option with the
right key (5).
Select the previous menu option
with the left key (3).
Carry out and store the current
menu option with the down key (4).
Exit the menu with the ON/OFF key
(2). The device switches itself off.

Il est possible de régler:
• si l’appareil montre la température en
°Celsius ou en °Fahrenheit,
• Si la désactivation automatique de
l’appareil doit être activée ou non.
Pour modifier le réglage de l’appareil,
vous devez accéder au menu utilisateur.
Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit:
Condition préalable: L’appareil doit
être désactivé
Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF et
maintenez-la enfoncée jusqu’à ce
que l’entrée «TFE» s’affiche à
l’écran
Appuyez ensuite sur la touche infé-
rieure et tenez-la appuyée jusqu’à
ce que «USER» puis «MENU» s’af-
fichent à l’écran
L’appareil est maintenant en mode de
réglage et affiche le menu utilisateur. Ce
dernier est constitué des options UNIT,
SHDWN et RATE.
La touche droite (5) permet de sé-
lectionner le prochain point du
menu.
La touche gauche (3) permet de re-
trouver le point précédent du menu.
La touche inférieure (4) permet de
développer l’option sélectionnée du
menu, celle-ci sera également mé-
morisée.
La touche ON/OFF (2) permet de
quitter le menu. L’appareil s’éteint
automatiquement.
