What to do, if …
... the data logger cannot be contacted
from the interface:
- Check that the interface has been
connected correctly and that the
evaluation software has
recognized it.
- Open the data logger (see also the
pictures in the “Replacing the
Battery” section).
- Check to see whether
condensation has penetrated the
data logger housing.
- Either wipe the condensation from
them housing or allow it to air dry
by leaving the data logger housing
open.
- Pull the battery plug from the
socket and wait 30 seconds.
- Then reconnect the battery and
check that the LED to the right of
the battery compartment is
flashing. If the LED does not flash,
the battery may be flat and needs
to be replaced (see “Replacing the
Battery”)
- As a test, insert a fresh battery in
the socket on the circuit board.
- If the LED still does not flash
(despite the fresh battery), the
problem lies with the data
logger.
- Before you close the data logger
housing again, replace the sealing
rings.
Que faire si …
… l’enregistreur n’entre pas en
communication avec l’interface :
- Vérifier que l’interface a été
correctement connectée et que le
logiciel d’évaluation l’a reconnue.
- Ouvrir l’enregistreur (voir les
schéma de la rubrique
„remplacement de la pile“).
- Vérifier si de la condensation s’est
infiltrée dans le boîtier de
l’enregistreur.
- Essuyer le cas échéant la
condensation du boîtier ou laisser
sécher à l’air libre en laissant le
boîtier ouvert.
- Débrancher les connectiques de la
pile et attendre 30 secondes.
- Ensuite reconnecter la pile et
vérifier que la led à droite de la pile
clignote. Si la led ne clignote pas,
la pile est peut être vide et a besoin
d’être remplacée (voir la rubrique
„remplacement de la pile).
- Pour effectuer un test, insérer une
autre pile neuve.
- Si la led ne clignote toujours
pas, le problème provient de
l’enregistreur lui-même.
- Avant de refermer le boîtier de
l'enregistreur de données,
remplacez les bagues
d'étanchéité.
