Problem Problem rectification
No function − Mains plug in the socket?
− The fuse has tripped to protect the
device from overheating. Contact a
specialist workshop.
The steam button cannot be pressed. − First operate the safety switch by
sliding it to the side
Device generates no or only little steam − Sufficient water in the tank?
− Opening blocked?
− Steam button pressed correctly?
− Steam used up and device currently
heating up (steam indicator light
on)?
Cap can’t be opened. − High pressure is still present in the
tank. Press the steam button to
release the steam.
