Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
The speaker does not
power on.
1. Check if the battery is fully charged. If not, charge the
speaker using a standard 5V/1-3A charger or via a
PC for 5-9 hours (Time depends on power source).
2. Ensure the power button is in the “ON” position and
press and hold it for a few seconds to turn on the
speaker.
No sound is coming from
the speaker.
1. Check the volume level of the speaker. Adjust it to an
audible level using the Forward/Volume Up button.
2. Ensure that the connected device (phone, tablet, etc.)
is playing audio and that the volume is turned up on
the device.
3. Conrm that the speaker is connected to the device
via Bluetooth. Reconnect if necessary.
Bluetooth connection
issues.
1. Ensure that the speaker is in Bluetooth mode (power
button set to “ON”) and the Bluetooth LED indicator is
ashing.
2. Check if the speaker is within the Bluetooth
connecting range (10m) of the paired device.
3. Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth on the paired
device to re-establish the connection.
4. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth
connection by long-pressing the TWS button.
Poor sound quality or
distortion.
1. Verify that the volume level is not set too high, as
this may cause distortion. Adjust the volume to a
comfortable level.
2. Check the audio source (phone, MP3 player, etc.) for
any audio quality issues. Try playing a different audio
source to see if the problem persists.
3. Ensure that the speaker and the audio source are not
too far apart, as this may cause signal interference.
