To correct faulty stacking or blowing out:
1. Remove workpiece from light beam.
You can start a new sewing process.
4.22 Outfeed roller

The outfeed roller is used to feed short workpieces into the stacker or to eject
finished workpieces.
The outfeed roller is often used in combination with the flip stacker ( p. 67).
The transport rollers (1) feed the workpiece into the stacker opening.
• This is necessary for workpieces positioned in transverse direction
• It is also necessary for workpieces which are too short to be seized
by the flip stacker
• Minimum distance: 200 mm from the middle of the pocket opening
to the edge of the workpiece
The roller speed and the duty cycle are set at the control panel.
Important
The Outfeed roller will not be operational unless previously
activated in the Machine config. ( p. 214).
