4.14.1 Adjusting the center knife

To adjust the center knife:
Changing the center knife
1. Loosen the screws (4).
2. Pull the center knife (3) down and out of its holder.
3. Slide a new center knife into the holder as far as it will go.
4. Tighten the screws (4).
Adjusting the center knife to parallel position
5. Loosen the screw (5).
6. Adjust the center knife (3) sideways.
The center knife (3) abuts with its blade on the counter blade.
7. Tighten the screw (5).
Adjusting the center knife to the cutting position
8. Loosen the screw (1).
9. Rotate the center knife (3) sideways.
The center knife (3) is in slight cutting position in relation to the knife
in the throat plate.
10. Tighten the screw (1)

(2) - Center knife guard
(3) - Center knife
(4) - Screws
(5) - Screw
