Color scheme of the light-emitting diodes (LED):
• ORANGE: ON = reflection present
• ORANGE: OFF = reflection not present
• ORANGE: FLASHING = weak signal, re-align light barriers or
replace reflecting foils
• GREEN: ON = switching signal stable
• GREEN: OFF = Clean, readjust, or replace the light barrier or
replace the reflecting foil

7. Swing out the light barrier holder (3) in the direction of the arrow.
8. Loosen screws (5) and (6).
9. Align the light barriers in the slotted hole (4).
The light beam (2) must be aligned centrally on the reflecting foil (1)
(see step 6).
10. Tighten screws (5) and (6).
11. Slide the transport clamps to the rear and to the front position and
check the alignment of the light barriers.
12. Slide the transport clamps to the rear position.
13. Swing in the folder station ( p. 22).
14. Press the button.
The folder is depressurized.
15. Manually press the folder onto the sliding plate.
16. Pull the transport clamps forward.
The folder sole is guided under the folding plates.
