To align the light barriers, navigate to the Machine test menu item in
the service menu on the control panel. In the Machine test menu you
will find the submenu Align light barriers. The program is used to
align the reflected light barrier that is designed to detect seam beginning
and seam end.
The light barriers are adjusted with the help of a flap template.
To align the light barriers:
1. Swing the folder station out ( p. 21).
2. Place material below the transport clamps.
1. On the start screen:
Press the button.
The display switches to Service menu:
2. Press the button.
3. The display switches to Machine test ( p. 243):
