Special buttons

Most buttons act as supplements to the function that can be

accessed via the program parameters and the programing menu.

Some functions, however, can only be managed or activated via

the buttons.

Button Description

Energy saving mode

Press the button to set the machine to energy saving

mode.

Press the pedal to exit energy saving mode. A long

press of this button lets you set a delay after which the

energy saving mode will be activated automatically.

A video will start playing after this time has elapsed.

Once the video has finished, the machine will switch to

energy saving mode.

Screen lock

A press of this button locks the screen to prevent

inadvertent touches.

To deactivate the lock, press and hold the button.

PDF viewer

Opens stored PDF files.

Activate limit control of the thread tension

You can activate/deactivate the function with a press

of this button. Press and hold to display the system

setting options. The limit values are displayed as

numerical values.

You can activate/deactivate the function with a press

of this button. Press and hold to display the system

setting options. The limits are displayed graphically.

Activate limit control of the thread tension – Show

history

Shows the last 30 stitches to reveal which limits were OK

or exceeded. Additional statistics can be viewed in the

Information( p. 69) menu.
