Professional installation by an authorized DS18
dealer is highly recommended! Otherwise, the
performance of your new equipment may not be
satisfactory. In the event that you decide to do
your own installation, please read and follow this
manual carefully.
Failure to do so may compromise the integrity of
this product, your vehicle, and possibly void
the product warranty.
Secure the subwoofer enclosure with a strap or
bracket to screw it down and prevent it from being
loose in your cab. This will avoid movement that
could damage the subwoofer or the enclosure
itself. Properly securing the enclosure will also
reduce the risk of movement during acceleration or
hard braking. Failure to secure the enclosure
properly could result in major injuries in the event
of an accident.
Once your PU110A is installed, follow these simple steps:
Now you are ready to play it for the first time. It is
best to leave the gain all the way down at the start.
Now, start with the head unit volume low and work
your way up.
Next you can tune the amplifier, we recommend
using the Low-Pass Filter at 80Hz or lower
depending on your system. Take your time and
make only one adjustment at a time. It may take
sometime to get the system fully adjusted. During
this time the amplifier is drawing current from the
battery. You should check the battery voltage from
time to time and re-charge it if it gets low.
That’s it! You are done.

un distribuidor autorizado DS18! De lo contrario, el
rendimiento de su nuevo equipo puede no ser
satisfactorio. En caso de que decida realizar usted
mismo la instalación, lea y siga este manual
atentamente.
Si no lo hace, puede poner en peligro la integridad de
este producto, su vehículo y posiblemente anular la
garantía del producto.
Asegure el cajón del subwoofer con una correa o un
soporte para atornillarlo para prevenir que el cajón esté
suelto en su cabina. Esto evitará que se mueva y dañe
el subwoofer o el cajón. Asegurar adecuadamente el
cajón también reducirá el riesgo de movimiento
durante la aceleración o el frenado brusco. No asegurar
el cajón correctamente podría resultar en lesiones
graves en caso de accidente.
Una vez instalado su PU110A, siga estos sencillos
pasos:
Ahora está listo para usar el cajón por primera vez. Es
mejor dejar la ganancia hasta abajo al principio. Ahora,
empiece con el volumen del reproductor principal bajo y
vaya aumentándolo gradualmente.
A continuación puedes afinar el amplificador,
recomendamos usar el filtro de paso bajo a 80Hz o
menos dependiendo de tu sistema. Tomate tu tiempo y
haz solo un ajuste a la vez. Puede llevar algún tiempo
ajustar completamente el sistema. Durante este
tiempo el amplificador está consumiendo corriente de
la batería. Deberías comprobar el voltaje de la batería
de vez en cuando y recargarla si baja.
