7.1 Adjusting the Saddle Height - Fig. 2:
1. Use only in conjunction with a vehicle lift - Never use
with any other jacking device.
2. Fit the appropriate saddle to the stand.
3. Elevate the lift to the appropriate height and locate
the support on the vehicle manufacturer’s
recommended jacking/support positions.
Adjust the column rod to the required height by
rotating the height adjustor (3) and locating the
height setting pin (2) in the relevant hole – Eight
height settings to select between 1300mm to
1905mm.
• Ensure the pin is inserted fully through the hole in
the column.
7.2 Using the Stand
4. Use a maximum of 2 stands per axle only and in
multiples of 2 evenly across the rest of the load if
required. Check that all the stands are set to a height
that will leave the vehicle supported completely
horizontal and not at an angle that could cause
slipping on the stand support heads.
5. Carefully lower the lift slowly and reduce its height
only the minimum distance you need to achieve the
wheel free status required.
6. Lower onto all stands being used at the same time.

• WARNING! When the vehicle is supported on stands
never apply excessive force to the fastenings or run
the engine.
