8. Operating Instructions
Important: Before operating this product, read and
understand all the safety instructions listed in this
manual. Ensure that the product is fully assembled and
correctly prepared for use.
• Ensure the sprayer is securely attached to the
vehicle.
• Ensure the sprayer has been thoroughly ushed
and drained of all residual chemicals from previous
uses.
• Inspect and test the sprayer thoroughly before
each use.
• Always use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective
Equipment).
8.1 Fill the Sprayer (Fig.16)
Note: Before lling the spray check that the seal

1. Select a safe, outdoors and well-ventilated area for
mixing pesticides and lling the sprayer.
2. Check the drainage cap

is tted and securely
tightened.
3. Check the chemical label for the correct chemical/
water dilution ratio.
4. Determine the chemical mix quantity required for the
planned application.
Note: Only mix the quantity required for the planned
application to avoid over application and the need to
store unused chemicals.
5. Remove the ller cap

located on the top of the
sprayer.
6. Add the chemical mix through the ller hole.
7. Replace the cap and tighten securely.

8.2 Using the Sprayer (Fig.17)
1. Turn the remote switch ‘ON’ and operate the sprayer.
• The pump will start automatically and will cycle on
and o as needed to retain pressure in the hose.
• If the sprayer becomes clogged or inoperative
during use, switch o and disconnect from the
battery immediately.
• The broadcast lance and spot spray gun can be
used together.
