ASSEMBLY
- ATTACHING THE MITRE GUIDE (Fig.20):
- The mitre guide is used when the operator wishes
to perform angles cuts, it simply slides into the work
table slot. Fig.20.
- The spindle moulder is supplied with a selection of
insert plates , 1,2 or 3 of them can be fitted
depending upon the router bit size. Fig.21.
- Router bit shank reducing collets (Figs.22 - 24):
- Select the correct collet that matches the shank of the
router bit and screw onto threaded spindle. = Fig.22.
- Ensure the collet is tight and the bit secure by using the
spanner supplied, the spindle lock can be seen in the
picture being depressed to lock the spindle allowing
proper use of the spanner. Figs.23 & 24.
