STEP 2
base（A）Use an open-end wrench (P) to lock the four universal wheels at the bottom.（G）。
Then use two screws (K) to secure the socket strip (F) on the front of the base.。

Insert the vertical pole and telescopic pole (B) into the base (A) and secure them with four screws
(I) and four washers (L). After being secured,hold button the telescopic pole can adjust up and
down in height.
