RETARDING MODE
Proofing mode
Tapping this icon will make the
unit go into Proofing mode
Tapping this icon will turn on
automatic proofing and
retarding. When the icon is
green the automatic control is
on. When the icon is green the
automatic control is off.
Tapping this icon
will bring up the
command screen.
When in the
command screen,
enter “7123” to bring
up the setup page for
the automatic
proofing and
retarding mode.
Cooling Control
Tapping on this icon will let
you enter the desired retarding
temperature.
Temperature Display
Displays set temperature in
white font. When you tap on the
display it will show you the
actual temperature inside of the
unit in yellow/orange font.
