PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS
The appliance does not work. The
display is blank.
• Press the power button once. If the display shows
‘LO’ or nothing at all, the appliance needs to be
charged.
• Make sure the blender bottle is installed correctly.
When tightening the bottle, ‘PP’ should appear
in the display as proof that the bottle has been
installed correctly.
The display shows error message ‘E1’. • The blades are blocked by stuck ingredients.
Remove the ingredients that are stuck and try again.
The display shows error message ‘E2’. • The motor overheated. Let the appliance cool down
for 15 minutes and try again.
The display shows error message ‘E0’. • The bottle is not correctly tightened on the base.
Tighten the bottle securely. When ‘PP’ appears in
the display, the bottle is correctly tightened and the
blender is ready for use.
