PROBLEM SOLUTION
Suction power is reduced signicantly. We recommend that you thoroughly clean
the lter as well as the dust container and the
accessories as described in this manual. If the
lters are saturated, they can be reordered.
The operating time of the appliance is getting
shorter and shorter.
• Charge the appliance for a full day and
try again. We also recommend that you
regularly allow the battery to drain and
recharge it fully. The operating life of the
appliance will be longer on at surfaces
than on carpets.
• The battery is broken. Contact customer
service at the point of purchase or at
DOMO.
Device not charging. • Check that the plug is properly plugged
into a working socket, and that the adapter
pin is properly inserted into the battery.
• Ensure the correct supplied adapter is used.
• Check that the battery is properly latched
into the appliance.
Automatic dust detection not working. Check if the stick vacuum cleaner is in
automatic mode (see ‘usage’).
The oor brush no longer rotates. Turn o the appliance and check the oor
nozzle for dirt and large particles blocking the
brush. Restart the appliance.
