Setting the ez Share SSID Number
The IDW520 SD Wi-Fi card must be paired to the IDW520 console. If
you have received a replacement card or are instructed to reset the
SSID on your existing card by a support technician, use the following
procedure to do so. Setting or resetting a card allows you to change the
network label of the card to coincide with the IDW520 console. The
IDW520 SSID name can be found on the main display in the upper right
corner of the LCD and on the POST printout. The name must match
exactly.
NOTE:
You must change the SSID name in two places - the SD card
utility page, and the ez Share configuration change page.
The SSID must match in both places in order for the SD card
to pair to the console.
A USB keyboard (not supplied) is required for this procedure.
1. Leave the ez Share card in the camera.
2. Power ON the camera and wait for the console to detect the camera.
3. Connect a USB keyboard to the console.
