Three-position selector that is used to adjust the rotation speed
of the bowl and of the spiral.
1: Minimum speed.
OFF: Machine stopped.
2: Maximum speed.

STOP
Red
If pressed it stops the mixing cycle.

START
Green
If pressed, it starts the mixing cycle at the selected speed.

Knob
CYCLE TIMER

Timer for setting of the cycle time in minutes.
If the arrow points to the hand, the cycle starts without a timer.
ATTENTION
THE CONTROL PANEL IS AVAILABLE IN TWO DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS:
1: WITHOUT THE SPEED SELECTOR.
2: WITHOUT THE SPEED SELECTOR AND WITHOUT THE CYCLE TIMER (MOD.
L10).
