9- CONFIGURING THE CARD UNDER WINDOWS
VIA THE ALP-X MANAGER APPLICATION
This application can be launched from the shortcut created on the desktop or from the start menu,
Digigram group.
When the application is launched, the window below is displayed and shows all the ALP cards
installed in the PC.
If another view is displayed, click on the icon to display the list of ALP cards present and
detected.
The following settings are displayed for each ALP card detected:
● its serial number,
● the PCIe slot row in which it is installed,
● the on-board firmware version,
● the size of buffers exchanged between the driver and the card
● the card locator
The card locator can make the LED on the card bracket flash in a certain way to identify its
slot visually. It flashes for a few seconds. It is especially useful when several ALP cards are
used in the same machine.
Click on the button to activate the card localisation. It then changes to red for a few
seconds (specific LED flashing duration) then goes out (end of LED flashing).
9.1 Sampling clock management
Click on the clock icon to display the clock selection settings of cards present.
