Vibration of Concrete
WARNING: Leaving the vibrator head in the mix too long
can cause defects.
The result of the compression depends on the following factors:
• The time the vibrator head is in the concrete.
• The diameter of the vibrator head.
• The consistency of the concrete.
• Narrow spacing between the steel rods.
Rubber Tipped Concrete Vibrator Heads
• Rubber tipped concrete vibrator heads help protect metal
and composite forms from damage during consolidation.
• They also protect the slab in tilt‑up construction when the
panels are being poured directly on the slab.
• Rubber tips extend the life of forms and improves off the
form finishes.
OPERATION
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, turn unit off and remove the battery pack
before making any adjustments or removing/installing
attachments or accessories. An accidental start‑up can
causeinjury.
Attaching the POWERSHIFT™ Vibrator to the

1. Align the arrow on quick change plug

until it clicks into the locked position.
NOTE: Do not use a wrench totighten the quick change collar.
