First cleaning of the appliance
Surfaces might get damaged by
some detergents or cleaning
materials. Do not use aggressive
detergents, cleaning powders/
creams or any sharp objects
during cleaning. Do not use harsh
abrasive cleaners or sharp metal
scrapers to clean the oven door
glass since they can scratch the
surface, which may result in the
glass shattering.
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Wipe the surfaces of the appliance with a
damp cloth or sponge and dry with a
cloth.
Smoke and smell may emit for a
couple of hours during the initial
operation. This is quite normal.
Ensure that the room is well
ventilated to remove the smoke
and smell. Avoid directly inhaling
the smoke and the smell that
emits.
Controls
Temperature control
Set the “Temperature Control” by turning
clockwise to select the suitable temperature
according to the dish that you are going to
cook. Choose the desired temperature from
100°C to 250°C for cooking.
Heating control
This oven is equipped with various heating
positions for a variety of cooking needs.
Off.
Upper and lower heating elements are
on together.
Upper heating element is on, with
rotisserie function.
Upper and lower heating elements are
on with convection and rotisserie
functions.
Hot plate control:
The left hot plate is on, you can choose
the desired temperature that you
require for the big hot plate.
The right hot plate is on, you can
choose the desired temperature that
you require for the small hot plate.
Set the “Timer” to the number which
indicates the cooking time (minutes) in
