I. Liability for the Product
(1) Guarantor - Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszków, address: ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800
Pruszków, KRS 0000062517, District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Division of
the National Court Register, NIP 527-020-49-33, share capital: PLN 100,980.00.
2 Under the terms and conditions set out in this warranty card, the Guarantor guarantees the Product, originating
from the Guarantor's distribution.
(3) Liability under the guarantee shall only cover defects arising from causes inherent in the Product at the time
of delivery to the User.
(4) The User, by virtue of the warranty, is entitled to have the Product repaired free of charge, provided that the
defect became apparent during the warranty period. The method of repair of the Product (method of repair) is at
the discretion of the Guarantor. If the Guarantor finds that repair is not possible, the Guarantor reserves the right
to replace the defective element or the whole Product with a defect-free one, reduce the price of the Product or
withdraw from the contract.
5. in relation to the User who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, the
Guarantor's liability for damages resulting from this guarantee and/or in connection with its conclusion and
performance, regardless of the legal title, is limited to a maximum of the value of the defective Product.

III. Conditions for the benefit of the guarantee
The User should present the completed warranty card for the Product and substantiate the circumstances of the
purchase of the Product, e.g. by presenting the receipt, invoice, etc. For the purpose of efficient complaint
processing, it is recommended that the User submits, together with the Product, all the components specified in
"Completion of the device" contained in the User Manual.
2. that the User complies with the recommendations contained in the Operating Instructions and Warranty Card.
The guarantee covers only the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU.
The warranty does not cover Product defects arising in particular from:
a. Failure by the User to comply with the conditions set out in the Operating Instructions, in particular with regard
to correct operation, maintenance and cleaning;
b. Use of cleaning or maintenance products by the User which do not comply with the Operating Instructions;
c. Inadequate storage and transportation of the Product by the User;
