2. Zgłoszenie reklamacji zaleca się dokonać niezwłocznie, najlepiej w terminie 7 dni
od daty zauważenia wady Produktu. Użytkownik, który nie jest konsumentem w
rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964r. Kodeks cywilny traci uprawienia
wynikające z niniejszej gwarancji w przypadku niezgłoszenia reklamacji w terminie
7 dni.
3. Zgłoszenie reklamacji można dokonać m.in. w punkcie zakupu Produktu,
w serwisie gwarancyjnym lub pisemnie na adres: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja
8, 05-800 Pruszków.
4. Użytkownik może złożyć reklamację przy wykorzystaniu formularza dostępnego
na stronie internetowej www.dedra.pl. („Formularz zgłoszenia reklamacji z tytułu
gwarancji”).
5. Adresy serwisów gwarancyjnych dla poszczególnych krajów dostępne są na
stronie www.dedra.pl. W przypadku braku serwisu gwarancyjnego dla danego kraju
zgłoszenia reklamacyjne z tytułu gwarancji zaleca się kierować na adres: Dedra
Exim Sp. z o.o. ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (Polska).
6. Mając na uwadze bezpieczeństwo Użytkownika zakazuje się korzystania
z wadliwego Produktu.
7. Uwaga! Korzystanie z wadliwego Produktu jest niebezpieczne dla zdrowia i życia
Użytkownika.
8. Wykonanie obowiązków wynikających z gwarancji nastąpi w terminie 14 dni
roboczych, licząc od dnia dostarczenia reklamowanego Produktu przez
Użytkownika.
9. Przed dostarczeniem wadliwego Produktu do reklamacji zaleca się jego
oczyszczenie. Reklamowany Produkt zaleca się dokładnie zabezpieczyć przed
uszkodzeniami w transporcie (zaleca się dostarczyć reklamowany Produkt
w oryginalnym opakowaniu).
10. Okres gwarancji ulega przedłużeniu o czas, w ciągu którego wskutek wady
Produktu objętego gwarancją Użytkownik nie mógł z niego korzystać.
Gwarancja nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza, ani nie zawiesza uprawnień Użytkownika
wynikających z przepisów o rękojmi za wady rzeczy sprzedanej.
Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady
(UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w
związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu
takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej: „RODO”) informujemy
1. Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych podanych w formularzu jest
DEDRA-EXIM sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Pruszkowie , ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800
Pruszków (dalej: „Administrator”).
2. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia procedury
gwarancyjnej urządzenia zgodnie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b ogólnego rozporządzenie o
ochronie danych (dalej: „RODO”) Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale
konieczne do przeprowadzenia procedury gwarancyjnej.
3. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane przez okres rozpatrywania przeprowadzenia
procedury gwarancyjnej oraz w celach archiwizacyjnych w razie konieczności
obrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami wobec Administratora nie dłużej niż
do momentu ich przedawnienia.
4. Twoje dane mogą być ujawniane wyłącznie podmiotom przetwarzającym dane
na rzecz administratora na podstawie pisemnej umowy powierzenia
przetwarzania danych osobowych świadczącym m.in. usługi serwisu
technicznego, hostingu lub obsługi strony internetowej, obsługi IT, firmie
kurierskiej. Dostawcy Administratora zobowiązani są do zapewnienia
zabezpieczenia danych i spełnienia wymogów obowiązującego prawa
związanego z ochroną danych osobowych i nie mogą wykorzystywać
powierzonych danych osobowych do innych celów niż te, które są określone w
umowie z Administratorem.
5. Twoje dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w tym również
w formie profilowania oraz nie będą przekazywane do państwa
trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.
6. Posiadasz prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich
sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia
danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, w dowolnym momencie.
7. We wszelkich sprawach związanych z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych

3. Purpose of the device
Film sealing machine is a device used for thermal sealing of PE film with a thickness
of 0.1-0.2 mm.
It is permissible to use the device in repair and construction work, repair workshops,
in amateur work while observing the conditions of use and permissible working
conditions contained in the instruction manual.
4. Restrictions on use
The device may only be used in accordance with the "Permissible operating
conditions" posted below.
Unauthorized changes to the mechanical and electrical structure, any modification,
maintenance activities not described in the instruction manual will be treated as
illegal and cause immediate loss of warranty rights, and the declaration of
conformity becomes invalid.
Use not in accordance with the intended use, or not in accordance with the
operating instructions will result in immediate loss of warranty rights.
Acceptable working conditions
The device can only be used indoors, with efficient ventilation. Avoid
moisture.

6. Preparation for work
Carry out all preparatory activities with the device
disconnected from the power source.
During the first use, the welding machine may smoke slightly, this is due to the
heating of the heater. This is not a symptom of a malfunction of the device.
Before starting work, make sure that the power cord and welder foot are in good
working condition.
Preparation of the film for sealing
Spread the film strips on a flat, level surface. Overlap the film so that one strip of
film overlaps the other by about 50 - 80 mm. Place a non-weldable material (e.g., a
strip of Teflon, cotton cloth, etc.) on the overlap with such a width that a margin of
non-weldable material of about 20 mm is left on each side of the overlap. The film
is prepared for welding.
7. Connecting to the network
Before connecting the device to a power source, make sure that the supply voltage
corresponds to the value indicated on the nameplate.
The power supply installation should be carried out in accordance with the essential
requirements for electrical installations and meet the requirements for safety of use.
The parameters of the minimum cross-section of the supply cable and the nominal
value of the fuse, depending on the power of the device, are given in the following
table:

The installation should be carried out by an authorized electrician. When using
extension cords, make sure that the conductor cross-section is not smaller than
required (see table). Arrange the electrical cable so that it is not exposed to cutting
during operation. Do not use damaged extension cords. Periodically check the
technical condition of the power cord. Do not pull on the power cord.
8. Turning on the device
Before starting the device, absolutely follow the steps
described in the section "Preparing for operation".
Connect the power cord with a plug to a 230 V ~ 50 Hz outlet. The device is ready
for welding.
9. Use of the device

2 Warm up the device. Warming up the device depends on the ambient temperature
and takes about 15 minutes.
3. apply the heating foot to the non-weldable material.
4. slowly move the heating foot over the non-weldable material. Choose the
pressure and time of moving the heating foot over the material experimentally.
5. When sealing is complete, move the foot away from the film to be sealed and
disconnect the power supply.
6. Put the sealer in a safe place until it has cooled completely.
Note that the welding machine heats up and prolonged operation can lead to faster
wear of the device.
10. Ongoing maintenance
Perform all maintenance operations with the device
disconnected from the power source.
Periodically verify the technical condition of the welding machine. If dirt is found,
clean the heating foot to ensure longer operating life of the device.
